Alexander Vasilyevich Maskaev was born in 1959. Graduated from the Tyumen Art College, faculty of easel painting. He began his creative activity in the city of Nizhnevartovsk, for many years participating in the exhibition “Artists of Siberia” and doing teaching. Member of the Union of Professional Artists of Russia. Lives and works in Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region. Developed the author’s direction – fairy tales in painting for children and adults.
