Once Martin Scorsese, the famous Hollywood director, the author of such famous films as “Taxi Driver”, “Goodfellas”, was asked what he thinks about Marvel films. Here’s what the director said:
I don’t watch them. I’ve tried. But this is not a movie.
Marvel fans in response to such “impudence” of the Oscar winner almost tore Twitter to shreds. Some directors also spoke, they say, you can’t say that about colleagues, we all make movies here. But many Hollywood workers then supported the master, said that something had to be done with the dominance of film comics.
This dispute has already subsided, and recently fans of superheroics and Martin Scorsese reconciled one film, which is jokingly called “the best picture in the history of cinema.”
