So far, this is a pilot project that is being implemented by the current Ministry of the Interior. It is veiled, of course, under care and excessive alertness. Allegedly, law enforcement officers are worried that they cannot maintain contact with migrants and fear that they will hide in the country.

The first to be piloted were former residents of Rwanda who were not deported to their homeland. Naturally, human rights organizations sound the alarm and call it the most unflattering epithets, mainly related to racism and discrimination.
