The young man then turned 18 years old – this age in California is considered the age of consent. With the onset of the 18th birthday, citizens can apply for a change of name, gender and the issuance of new documents.

What will be the new name of Musk’s son is not reported, but Vivienne Wilson appears in a number of media. It is quite possible that this will indeed be the name of the son of Elon.
