This is quite normal, because actors often improvise and deviate from the literary version of the script. Director Alexander Sery transferred to the screens all the most important things. But there are moments that will at least arouse interest among fans of this great comedy.

According to the film, the main character Evgeny Ivanovich Troshkin lived with his mother. However, a grandmother was also written in the script, and obviously of a very advanced age.

It turns out that the archaeologist Maltsev was a homeless child, but he considered his childhood a wonderful time. Thus, in the picture there are three characters at once who came from the bottom – this is Kosoy, his friend from the orphanage Mishka and Nikolai Georgievich Maltsev, who became an archaeologist professor.

Initially, the script used real slang words. However, censorship did not let them through and they had to come up with their own jargon. For example, a bad person began to be called a “radish”, and not a “bastard”.

There were indeed haystacks in the shoot arch. In search of money and clothes, Troshkin scattered a few pieces, but instead of what he wanted, he received a charge of salt from the watchman right in the fifth point.

Fast forward to the moment when the heroes went to Moscow. It may seem strange why they decided to make such a long journey in an uncomfortable box under the car. The script explains this.

In the episode when Yevgeny Ivanovich, together with the trio, went “on business”, he robbed his apartment alone, and in the script, together with Kosy. While Troshkin was in the room picking up the money, Kosoy found in the kitchen the shimmering suit he had been dreaming about for so long. In addition, the suit had Troshkin’s order bars.

Yevgeny Ivanovich noticed the loss only when the “accomplices” took off their women’s attire. It was at the moment when Kosoy met a friend from Mishka. After the phrase: – “He is a thief”, which acquired a deeper meaning, Troshkin tore off the order plates from Oblique.

Remember the episode when, after the fire, the heroes went to live in the country to the “huckster”. According to the film, the professor’s daughter came to the Trinity, while according to the script, Maltsev himself appeared, and even with his wife.

The situation was tense, and in order to defuse it, Maltsev began to play chess with Khmyr. It turned out like with a chess player performed by Anatoly Papanov. Nikolai Georgievich began to lose every game, but got so excited that he had a fight with his wife.

– “Thanks. Now celebrate the New Year with the Melnikovs. I beg you, never again bother with your buddies, with this helmet and Macedonian, – said the wife.

Khmyr quickly realized that Maltsev might have the artifact. He locked the room and demanded three-quarters of its value. Well, for persuasiveness, he broke the wall clock and broke the vase. In response, Maltsev said that he did not know where the helmet was and defiantly broke the sideboard, after which he safely left.
