The founding congress of the International Movement of Russophiles (MDR) is taking place in St. Petersburg. According to the organizers, the purpose of the event is to spread our culture, reliable information about Russia and protect the multipolar world.
Among the congress participants: Konstantin Malofeev – chairman of the Tsargrad society, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, leader of the Bulgarian movement “Russophiles” Nikolai Malinov and Steven Seagal – a militant hero from the 90s. In total there were representatives of forty countries.
